This beautiful, bright, modern and peaceful villa (200 m²) with four spacious bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms (two of the rooms share a bathroom) is located in the heart of the most prestigious natural reserve "Las Rotas". The bright living room, modernly furnished, with an open kitchen, has glass fronts that overlook the terraces, which lead to the garden and pool area, decorated with good taste. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away (500 m).

The picturesque seafront promenade takes you along three kilometers of coves for snorkeling, restaurants, and stone beaches. Walk west along the promenade and you will reach sandy beaches, more coastal restaurants, and after just a 30-minute walk, you will be at the marina (with a fish market and hippie market) and the old town of Denia, with over 300 restaurants of all nationalities and prices. An ideal place for a family vacation by the sea.
