Situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment features a lovely southwest-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun until the evening. The balcony offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and the mountains. It is directly accessible from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.



In the living room, the entire window front can be opened, so that the living area acts like an additional balcony and creates a particularly open living feeling.



Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort even on hot summer days. The living room has a large ceiling fan and also offers a partial sea view.
