The complex is located in Carretera de Las Marinas between km 3 and km 4 in Denia in the popular area of Las Brisas with several bars, restaurants, small shops and a pharmacy. The apartment recently renovated and furnished with modern furniture. It has a nice terrace with views of the community pool and the community garden with palm trees and lawns. The large community pool with a seperate children's pool and the beautiful community garden are perfect for a family with children. There is a bus stop directly opposite the residential complex, so you can reach the center of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars even without a car. From the pool area you have direct access to the sandy beach. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
