Dream away in Den Ham ....

Holidays will be a party in this sustainable wooden Dream Villa in a rural location, in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the Salland landscape. The holiday home is located on a spacious green plot of 600 m2, there is a veranda on 2 sides of the house and there are 2 parking spaces. The infrared sauna and whirlpool make a stay a unique experience.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor is a large open space with the comfortable sitting area and the large dining table. There is also a kitchen in this room, which is fully equipped and there is an island for a lot of extra space on the top. In the middle of the room is a cozy gas fireplace that provides a lot of warmth and gives a cozy atmosphere in both the living room and the kitchen.
There is a separate toilet in the hall at the entrance. The stairs in the living room take you to the first floor with a washing machine and dryer in the hall. There are 3 bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom is also located on the first floor. This is equipped with a sink, whirlpool, luxury rain shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Next to the house in a separate building is the infrafood sauna. Around the house is a large veranda, a terrace and a large lawn. The garden is not demarcated.

There are two equivalent houses located next to each other. The photos show one of the houses as an example. Minor differences in furnishings or details may occur, but the level of comfort and quality is the same in both houses.

Surroundings

The Zandstuve Forest is a 5-minute walk from the Droomvilla, where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. With a bit of luck, you will spot special bird species, hares and deer early in the morning.
In the immediate vicinity there is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, and Lemelerberg. Around Den Ham there is a lot of fishing water in canals, rivers and streams and there are many terraces and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Adventurepoint is within walking distance and there is an outdoor swimming pool in Den Ham and Vroomshoop (about 10 minutes by bike). In addition, there are amusement parks such as: Adventure Park Hellendoorn (10 minutes by car), Ballorig and Kartplaza Nijverdal (10 minutes by car) and Ponypark Slagharen (25 minutes by car)
Within a radius of 30 km are beautiful places and cities such as Ommen, Hardenberg, Zwolle, Enschede and Almelo. About a 20-minute drive takes you to Germany, where you can get a taste of the culture of our eastern neighbors.
