"Room fine - needed place to sleep when truck broke down, tried to see if hotel could assist in middle of no where to get uber or help with ride from chevron 12 miles away, almost lost room because no one would help me, had to basically hitchhike to hotel but bed def comfortable after being outside and broken down all day - clean shower just annoyed no one who lived /worked in that area could assist and I was limited with internet access"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was dirty, there was food left in the microwave, someone else's underwear was hanging behind the bathroom door, the room smelled bad, the door was coming off the hinge, the bed appeared dirty, and the towels were dirty as well. When I complained, the front desk employee tried to tell me that because l checked in around 8 PM, I couldn't complain about the room. I requested a refund and told them I wanted to leave.
