A romantic forest escape for two near Mt. Baker.



Tucked among towering evergreens inside Glacier’s gated Snowline community, Treetop Hideaway is a one of a kind three level chalet with the feeling of a grown up treehouse.



Warm wood interiors, rustic-industrial details, Juliet balconies, and windows looking into the forest give each level its own personality. It is intimate, private, and designed for couples who want something a little different from the typical mountain cabin.



Spend a winter day skiing or snowboarding at Mt. Baker, then come home to a soak in the private hot tub beneath the trees, warm up beside the gas fireplace, and settle into your king loft suite. On slower days, curl up in the top floor lounge with coffee and watch the weather move through the evergreens.

MAIN LEVEL



The main level brings together the kitchen, dining area, living room, and one full bathroom.



The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and the essentials for an easy dinner at home.



After a day on the mountain, settle onto the sofa beside the gas fireplace or step outside for an evening soak in the hot tub. The main floor bathroom also has heated floors, especially welcome after a cold day outside.



SECOND LEVEL: KING LOFT SUITE



The second level is an open loft style suite surrounded by warm wood and forest views.

The built in window seat is one of our favorite places in the home, ideal for morning coffee, a book, watching the snow fall, or relaxing with a movie after a day at Mt. Baker.



OUTDOOR SPACE



The private hot tub sits among ferns and towering evergreens, creating a peaceful place to soak and reconnect after a day outside.



A barbecue grill is also available for relaxed meals at the cabin.

LOCATION



Treetop Hideaway is located in Glacier along the scenic Mt. Baker Highway. Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, making the chalet an inviting home base for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river adventures, and exploring the North Cascades.



In summer, guests can also enjoy Snowline’s seasonal heated outdoor community pool.



After the adventure, come back to the hot tub, fireplace, and your own quiet corner of the forest.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire chalet and private hot tub, along with the barbecue grill and EV charging.



Guests may also enjoy Snowline’s shared community grounds and amenities. The heated outdoor community pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is closed during fall and winter.



The Neighborhood:

Treetop Hideaway is tucked inside Snowline Community Club, a gated forest community in Glacier and an ideal home base for exploring Mt. Baker, the North Cascades, and the surrounding national forest.



Towering evergreens and forested community grounds create a peaceful mountain setting while keeping you close to year-round outdoor adventures.

Other Things to Note:

STAIRS AND LAYOUT



The vertical, treehouse style layout is part of what makes Treetop Hideaway so distinctive. It also means there are steep and partially open stairs between levels.



The king suite is on the second level and the forest lounge is on the third, so the home is best suited to adults who are comfortable with stairs. It may not be a good fit for young children or guests with limited mobility.



OPEN LOFT SUITE



The king bedroom has an open loft style design rather than being fully enclosed. Since the chalet accommodates only two guests, the layout creates an intimate retreat with different places to relax throughout the home.



SEASONAL POOL



Snowline’s heated outdoor community pool is a summer amenity only, typically operating around Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is closed during fall and winter.



MOUNTAIN TRAVEL



Snow and ice are part of winter in the Mt. Baker area. Before traveling, please check weather and road conditions and arrive with a vehicle and tires appropriate for mountain conditions.

WiFi is provided. Cellular coverage in Glacier can vary by carrier, and weather or regional conditions can occasionally affect service.
