Tucked among the evergreens inside Glacier’s gated Snowline community, Treetop Hideaway is a one of a kind, three level chalet with the feeling of a grown up treehouse.
Warm wood, rustic-industrial details, cozy reading corners, Juliet balconies, and windows overlooking the forest give this home a personality all its own. It is intimate, private, and just a little unexpected in the best possible way.
Spend the evening soaking in the private hot tub beneath the trees, curl up beside the gas fireplace, or retreat to the top floor window seat with a morning cup of coffee. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, planning a romantic weekend, or simply craving time away together, this is a place made for slowing down.

THE SPACE
Treetop Hideaway is designed specifically for two adults. The home’s three vertical levels are connected by steep stairs, creating its memorable treehouse feeling while providing a different place to relax on every floor.
Because of the stair design, this home is best suited to adults who are comfortable climbing steep stairs. It is not appropriate for children or guests with limited mobility.
MAIN LEVEL
The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and one full bathroom.
The open layout makes it easy to prepare dinner while staying connected to the living space. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and the essentials needed for relaxed meals at home.
Settle onto the sofa beside the gas fireplace after a day at Mt. Baker, share a quiet dinner, or step outside for an evening soak in the hot tub. The main-floor bathroom includes heated floors and offers a convenient place to change before or after using the hot tub.
SECOND LEVEL: KING SUITE
The middle level is an open, loft style king suite surrounded by warm wood and forest views.
The suite includes:
• One king bed
• Two leather reading chairs
• An ensuite full bathroom
• Heated bathroom floors
• French doors opening to Juliet balconies
• Peaceful views into the surrounding evergreens
This level captures the home’s romantic treetop feeling. Open the French doors to let in the mountain air, settle into one of the reading chairs, or enjoy a slow morning beneath the trees.
THIRD LEVEL: FOREST LOUNGE
At the top of the home is a cozy attic style lounge with a smart TV, DVD player, and a large picture window overlooking the evergreens.
The built-in window seat is one of the most memorable places in the chalet. It is perfect for morning coffee, reading, watching the weather move through the trees, or unwinding with a movie after a day of mountain adventures.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Just outside the home, the private hot tub sits among the ferns and towering evergreens. The forest surroundings create a peaceful place to soak, reconnect, and listen to the sounds of the mountain.
The home is located within a residential community, so guests are asked to enjoy the outdoor area respectfully and observe community quiet hours.

THE LOCATION
Treetop Hideaway is located in Glacier, Washington, along the scenic Mt. Baker Highway. Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away, making the home an inviting basecamp for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, river rafting, and exploring the North Cascades.
After a day outside, return to your private hot tub, warm fireplace, and quiet place among the trees.
Our hope has never been to simply provide a place to stay. It is to create the space where life’s best moments have room to happen.
The Neighborhood:
Treetop Hideaway is located inside Snowline Community Club, one of Glacier’s most loved gated mountain communities and an ideal basecamp for exploring Mt. Baker, the North Cascades, and the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.
Surrounded by towering evergreens and bordering the national forest, Snowline offers a peaceful, park like setting with convenient access to year round mountain adventures.

STAIRS AND ACCESSIBILITY
Treetop Hideaway is a vertical, three level chalet with steep and partially open stairways. The king suite is located on the second level, and the TV lounge is on the third level.
The home is best suited to agile adults who are comfortable climbing stairs. It is not appropriate for children, guests with limited mobility, or anyone uncomfortable with steep stairways.
OPEN LOFT BEDROOM
The king suite has an open, loft style design that is open to portions of the home above and below. Because the chalet accommodates only two guests, the layout feels intimate while still offering cozy spaces on all three levels.
SEASONAL POOL
Guests have access to Snowline’s heated outdoor community pool during the operating season, typically from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool dates and hours are controlled by the community and may change because of weather, maintenance, or other circumstances.
MOUNTAIN LIVING
This home is located in a forested mountain community where guests may encounter insects, wildlife, falling branches, snow, ice, storms, and occasional power or internet interruptions. Please keep food and garbage secured and never leave either outside.
WIFI AND CELL SERVICE
WiFi is provided, though weather and regional service interruptions may occasionally affect connectivity. Cellular coverage can be limited in Glacier depending on the carrier.
WINTER TRAVEL
Winter weather can change quickly along the Mt. Baker Highway. Guests should review forecasts and road conditions before traveling and arrive with a vehicle and tires appropriate for mountain conditions.
QUIET COMMUNITY
Snowline is a private residential community. Please respect neighboring homes, observe posted community rules, and keep outdoor noise low, especially while using the hot tub in the evening.
