Glacier Springs Cabin #15 - An Amazing Mountain Retreat

** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.**

Your family will have an amazing time making lasting memories while staying in this new and ultra-modern 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin. Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the craftsmanship and materials that exude “quality” throughout, all-the-while being bathed in air conditioned comfort! The first floor provides an open and airy feeling within the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Features include a comfy couch for lounging, a flat screen monitor for viewing, a unique and rustic dining table with seating for six, a carefully thought out L-shaped kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space plus upscale appliances, (including a dishwasher) an island prep station/breakfast bar with seating for four, and a strategically placed ½-bath.

Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, followed by a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, 1-full bath, (tub/shower combo) and a laundry cubby with a full sized stack washer and dryer. There’s also a larger third (main) bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, ample storage, and a very nice ¾-bath ensuite. Plus there’s a portable crib and a portable kennel to assist in facilitating your family group.

Outside, you’ll discover a very nice front yard area, along with a gas grill, and a private outdoor HOT TUB to enjoy while listening to the sound of the river nearby! Don’t forget Fido; this pet-friendly, (2-pet maximum, No Exceptions) Wifi equipped*, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

* This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
