Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #77 - The Mountain View Delight

Your family will have a wonderful time capturing sunrises and sunsets at the

Mountain View Delight! This 3-story, 3-bedroom cabin with 3-full baths offers

some of the best territorial views that our area has to offer! Upon entering

the property at ground level, you'll discover a covered outdoor area with a

gas grill. Once inside, you'll discover a game/bonus room with a kitchenette,

a foosball table, assorted board games, books, and puzzles, and 1-full bath.

Ascending the staircase to the second (main) floor reveals an open concept

kitchen, dining, and great room area with hardwood floors and a covered front

balcony with a southerly exposure on which to relax and unwind while enjoying

your favorite beverage and taking in the majestic views! The great room area

features a comfy couch and love seat, a gas fireplace for cozying up to, and a

flat-screen monitor for entertainment. The dining area features a table and

seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size

refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave oven. A

side door leads to a large deck with built-in seating, which is perfect for

relaxation…morning, noon, and night. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen

sized bed, 1-full bath off of the hallway, a master bedroom with 1-king sized

bed, plenty of closet space, and 1-full bath ensuite. Ascending the staircase

to the top floor reveals a large open loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a

window for, well…taking in those magnificent mountain views! Don't forget

Fido, this pet-friendly, wifi-equipped*, and monitored family vacation

property will comfortably sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Please note that the garage is inaccessible to Guests. Please do not park

vehicles in front of the gate area, as it leads to another private residence.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests

enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.







**A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted at this property. Pets must not be

left unattended unless they are kept in a kennel.
