Ideally located between the chic resort of Megève and the authentic village of Combloux, and a few minutes walk from the slopes of Princesse, you have access to the entire Evasion Mont Blanc ski area without borrowing your car. You can hurtle down the slopes of Megève, Saint-Gervais or Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce.
The chalet opens onto a large living room entirely dressed in natural wood. Warm and intimate with its elegant furniture, cozy carpets and cushions, Nordic style decoration, it houses a living room with a library and a fireplace, a friendly dining room and a modern kitchen. Large bay windows offer you an unobstructed view of the Mont d'Arbois massif. While enjoying breakfast, you can watch the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains every morning. In the afternoon, you will love to curl up with a plaid and hot chocolate in the sofa while contemplating this breathtaking panorama;
Upstairs, a mezzanine with cozy charm invites you to relax while watching television or reading in peace, comfortably installed in one of the two club chairs at your disposal. Pretty and functional, a desk also allows you to work with confidence. Finally, a small wine cellar completes the furniture and keeps your bottles at the ideal temperature.
The garden level hosts four bedrooms including a master bedroom, two bathrooms and many storage possibilities. The judicious arrangement of the different rooms allows you to benefit from a certain independence while remaining close to your friends or children.
Next to the main entrance of the chalet, a ski room offers you the possibility to store all your ski equipment and prepare yourself safely for outings in the snow.
