"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. "We very much enjoyed our time on Chopok. The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant in the evening - the food was delicious, especially after a long day hiking in the area. The hotel is a great starting point for hikes and walks. With some nice weather, the views are spectacular. The weather is not always very predictable and one may get mist and rain."
