"Communication was great with the host, we were actually able to check in early and that’s always a plus. The unit was very clean and VERY well stocked! The only complaint that I had was, the A/C unit was very loud. It’s inside of the condo and very loud for anyone sleeping on the couch but it worked fine. The view from the room was great. Easy access to the pool and to the beach."

"We had a wonderful trip. The condo was nice but there are a few things that need to be known. Condo is under construction. This is an older building. They are working on redoing everything. There is no balcony access right not. Also you only get one parking pass. We were not told this and had two cars with no where to park one without worrying about it getting towed. Other than that the condo is nice but small. The tv went out and toilet was not working but within 20 minutes they had someone...

"This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...
