"The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...

"It was a smooth check in process. Good location. The actual unit wasn't that clean. The comforter on the main bed was old and seemed a little dirty, and same with the decorative pillows. The outside furniture needs some updating as well.Not very comfortable. I should have done a little bit more research.My error for not realizing it was on the driving part of the beach. Not very impressed with Coastal Waters."

"Love this location. Right on the beach with a pool and close to downtown NSB. The room had everything we needed."

"This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...

"Nice condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had to purchase toilet paper, but everything else was there for us. Nice a little further to the beach than anticipated. Overall good "

"Three adult women stayed and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need was there. I will definately stay here again. Just wish check out time was later than 10 a.m."

"This place was great with just a couple things. Parking was a little funny only if you are checking in or out and have to park across the street. Also we had a little issue with communication when we checked in. The emails with the code didn’t come thru but when I connected the host she was very sorry and got it right away! The place was very nice and clean. It supplied everyone one would need for personal and going go the beach."
