"My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! The bed was super comfy. I absolutely loved the water feature fountain in the entryway. The library was a nice surprise and a wonderful place to have morning coffee. Bella the Purple Poodle and I had a great stay here, and she loved meeting Ivy, their 2 year...

"We selected this property because we have stayed at Fairfield in Moab, Utah several times and we really enjoyed the staff, the atmosphere was friendly as well. But, this place in Monticello was the oposite. Sorry!"
