The spacious living areas of Villa Delray comprised on 3 levels, offers 11 foot ceilings, plenty of big windows to let the natural sunshine in, comfortable furnishings and ocean views from the 3rd level, are all conducive to special relaxing stay.
Numerous nooks, both indoors and out, provide opportunity for quiet contemplation. And when you want to play, you have a private swimming pool all to yourself.
Upon entering the ground level of the home you find yourself in the first of 2 comfortable living areas featuring luxury sectional sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV with DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with range/ cook top, microwave, dishwasher and a full size Sub Zero refrigerator, a full size cabana bathroom, fully equipped laundry room, all overlooking 2 private covered outdoor patios and the private pool.
The covered patio area adjacent to the downstairs kitchen features a gas BBQ grill and a dining space which seats up to 10 guests all situated conveniently next to the pool. The second covered patio off the living area includes all the furnishings necessary for lounging and relaxing poolside. The swimming pool is totally private, sheltered by the tall hedging and tropical landscaping. Another wonderful feature of this home's exterior is the all natural misting system which surrounds the perimeter of the property which automatically sends a mist of Gardenia oil into the air twice a day to ward off any flying pests which are common in tropical climates.
From the ground floor you can reach the upper 2 levels of the home via a private interior elevator or a take a few steps up the grand stairway.
The 2nd level reflects the highest level of comfort, style and functionality and features a large light filled living area with 60 inch wall mounted flat screen smart HDTV with digital cable, Blue Ray DVD and premium cable. The open concept living area is appointed with a generously sized comfortable sectional sofa, all topped off with a playful variety of stylish throw pillows and accent throws creating a haven of blissful relaxation for all to enjoy.
The 2nd level also features a fully-equipped gourmet dream kitchen with a central breakfast island, convection oven, range/cook top, microwave, 2 sinks, dishwasher, Sub Zero side-by-side refrigerator and wine cooler. Adjacent to the kitchen and living area is a private office with 2 computer stations, and the elegant yet inviting private dining area which seats 8-10 guests.
After a fabulous home cooked meal you and your guests can take in the tropical ocean breezes while lounging comfortably on the private balcony just off the dining area. To top off the homes 2nd level there is a powder room half bath, and a spacious guest suite which has a King bed, walk in closet, plenty of natural light and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
The spacious master suite located on the 3rd level features a King bed with sitting area, walk in closet, large balcony with partial ocean views and private bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity, plenty of natural light and a separate soaking tub. The 3rd level offers 2 more additional guest suites, one has a King bed, plenty of closet space and a private bathroom with a single vanity and shower/ tub combination. The other guest suite on this 3rd level has a Queen bed, plenty of closet space and a private bathroom with a single vanity and shower/ tub combination.
The final highlight of the 3rd level is the large covered balcony off the guest suite side of the home which includes all the furnishings necessary for lounging and relaxing whilst comfortably savoring your morning coffee or celebrating the golden sunset at the end of the day with a cold tropical cocktail in hand!

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. This means you can book with confidence.
