There are plenty of amazing things to do around the home, whether you are looking to relax on the beach, have fun downtown, or indulge in the private heated pool & remote-controlled Jacuzzi to soak up the sun.

With over 2,000 square feet of an exquisite living space, the lavishly appointed open floor plan features modern furnishings, colorful decor, and travertine tile and engineered hardwood floors.

LIVING AREAS

The house has two living rooms. One of them has a plush couch, two arm chairs, and a Smart 65" TV.
The other one is a family room that offers even more space to gather for a movie night or games with a sectional sofa and another 65” Smart TV with a stereo system.

KITCHEN

Equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a double oven, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, this renovated chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools needed to enjoy a home-made meal for maximum occupancy.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The master suite has a king sized bed, a 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and an arm chair. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed & 55" Smart TV. For families with kids, the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a twin bed and a 55" Smart TV. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located between these two rooms.

A half bath off of the family room is also conveniently located next to the patio entrance.

OUTDOOR

The patio of this home is charming with dining and sitting areas surrounding the pool in a lush private landscape. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated and have LED lights for your daytime or nighttime pleasure. The varied spa features of the Jacuzzi are accessed using a tablet inside the home. At the end of the day, fire up the Weber gas grill and enjoy dinner under the well lit and covered patio with seating for eight.

OTHER AMENITIES

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and parking for four vehicles (one in the garage, two in the driveway & one ina separate side walk/driveway). Also provided are beach chairs, toys, cooler and a beach umbrella.

This one-story home is completely free of stairs.

FREE TRANSPORTATION TO BEACH & POINTS OF INTEREST

FREEBEE:
The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program. Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. Riders of the fixed route can also track the vehicles through the Freebee app.

TROLLEY:
A free trolley that runs through Atlantic Avenue can be used to go to the Beach and anywhere along the "The Ave". The closest stop is a 12 min walk from the house. The trolley runs every 30 min. from 6am-11pm on weekdays, and from 6am to 11pm on
weekends.

THINGS TO NOTE:
There is weekly landscaping maintenance done at the property and bi-weekly pool cleaning. These are on set schedules and cannot be modified. By booking this property guests agree to these maintenance visits.

Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.

There is a max of 8 guests allowed at ANY TIME.

Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

If you are with kiddos or looking for a bit of an educational experience, head two blocks down South Ocean Boulevard to the Sandoway Discovery Center in the historic Sandoway House, where you'll find a coral reef pool and shark feedings, an invertebrate touch tank and dozens of exhibits, as well as a second-floor observation deck with a spectacular view of the ocean.

With a full day behind you, it's time to sashay around the corner to find yourself on "The Ave," one of the reasons behind the town being named "Most Fun Small Town in the USA" by Rand McNally, USA Today and the Travel Channel.

Delray Beach also offers a myriad of choices for those who love the outdoors beyond the beach. At the 50-acre park, Wakodahatchee Wetlands, stroll along an easy-to-maneuver boardwalk trail for a view of its water ponds, marsh areas and islands that are home to a wide variety of tropical birds, turtles and alligators, all set against a backdrop of sabal palms, duckweed and giant bullrush.
