Well to start off I was sent two links to upload my ID that did not work at all and was very stressful because this needed to be done prior to entering the home. I called every day leading up to check-in and finally just sent it through text. There is a rental agreement to sign that took me multiple tries to access and the contract did not really match what was with the reservation I asked multiple times for revision but did not receive one. I asked for early check in (just one hour 3pm instead of 4pm) I was told yes and confirmed several times. Arrived onsite at 3:30pm and could not gain access, could not reach anyone until almost 4:30pm and was given multiple codes which did not work. Upon gaining access there was very little cooking items to use (one pan that EVERYTHING stuck too and two large pots) I could not even cook while I was there. The pool features did not work. The hot tub did not work and the fountains in the pictures going into the pool did not work. I asked multiple times for assistance and not given any direction on how to use them, and I did not want to mess with anything and get blamed for damages. The door leading outside from the master would not open, so the kids had to track water through the house to get to the bathroom. I understand this house is for sale but there could have been better accommodations in the kitchen and with the pool features. And I would not expect to be able to check in early if told you can. Somewhat disappointed
