We relaxed, walked across the street to the beach, and all over Atlantic Ave. The old Florida black and yellow bathroom tiles made my heart happy. Host was great at answering questions, and was very hospitable. Also there is a wonderful new green egg grill, my husband was delighted with that. I would stay there again. "

"This property was perfect! The location was 100%! We were two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Atlantic Avenue. The space was clean and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room. The host thought of everything – beach chairs and umbrella, snacks, fresh flowers! We had everything we needed and a lot of what we wanted! "The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again."
