The reception staff was not helpful. The restaurant staff was very good. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly. Not had a very comfortable and restful night.

Had to get up for an early morning flight and there was no hot water for the shower
The rooms are around a central courtyard so if there's a big gathering on the main floor, the noise travels up to the rooms

AVOID!
Dirty hotel!!! We checked in, and promptly checked out after 30 minutes. Smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets and an awful location. The photography is very clever, i certainly didn’t see a room shown in the photographs! It also states there is a mini bar, no such thing! It’s a dry hotel, the mini bar consisted of some out of date orange juice and a broken kettle!

It would have been better if I had been warned that taxis were on strike and cars were charging triple rates to the hotel from the airport. And lying about the distance. The hotel food was great and the servers were good. The area is not pedestrian friendly and has no shopping. Hotel is ideal for an overnight stop but should have 24 hour checkin. Rush hour traffic is appalling as you would expect. Even the air in the hotel is borderline toxic.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff to the porters was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffalo. I'd stay here again without question if I'm in need of a place to stay in New Delhi.

The staff were friendly, Kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the room was perfect. In room service was great hhe food tasting amazing. Surya was very helpful and caring staff member.

Very Average Hotel and not worth the price
It is not so close to hotel - still takes about 25 to 30 mins. Rooms are old , breakfast spread is OK, not so great and even though there were only few guests, the service was very slow. Taste wise was also, the breakfast was not so great.

Mid range hotel
Room was ok. No shower cubicle so water went everywhere. Water for shower not hot only slightly warm. Noise all night from downstairs I.e tables and chairs moving about. Staff friendly food both for dinner and lunch good.

Awesome staff!
It is unfortunate that I only had one night in this wonderful property because I loved the hotel and the facilities! Abishek and his fellow evening shift colleague (Manoj I think) were very helpful and we were very impressed with their services. Everyone was smiling and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and had everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi, especially if looking for a place not too far from the airport.

Staff at the in-hotel were rather rude. We weren’t all that hungry as we had a heavy late lunch and this sat down to order only one Chinese fried rice at around Rs 250 cost. After much discussion between the staff they came back and stated that Chinese items were not available and rather recommended we order biriyani and some starters (more expensive). Eventually settled on daal, roti and naan, which was not what I wanted to eat. Everything else about the stay was fine.

Rummet var bra med de bekvämligheter man kan behöva.
