"Not exactly a very modern facility, but it was clean and nice, with friendly and helpful staff. We would stay again!"

"The room was extremely dirty. Food crumbs everywhere, random yellow dirty pillow case, random socks under the bed, under the bed has not been cleaned in months with a thick layer of dirt, walking on the floor stains your socks black in a few minutes of walking around, red sticky liquid under the sink (we covered it with a towel), bathroom door doesn’t latch, toilet paper holder was missing the tube so they just put the toilet paper on the back of the toilet instead of replacing it, booked a room...

"No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised."

"It did the job. It made due for what we needed. The room set up was strange. We actually had to shift the bed by the door over to have more walking space into the room. The bathroom door didn't stay shut. But the room was clean and comfortable."

"Where to start? Night staff when we checked in sent us to the wrong room... found out later he didn't even read my name on my driver's license correctly. Got our reservation all confused. Room was like a cave, the lighting was so dark. Iron didn't work and the OTHER night staff guy seemed mystified as to what to do about it. And forget about asking for extra pillows. Pool was out of order. We've been "Hilton people" for years, but experiences like this (not the first) have us rethinking and...

"I had requested a handicap room but when I went to the room it was for a deaf person not mobility impaired. When I said something they said “you have the handicapped room “. I had never been assigned a hearing impaired room when I had requested it. There were no grab bars and bathtub was too deep to use safely. The other things were great just for my needs I wouldn’t be able to stay there."

"Location was nice. Room was clean, there was some peeling paint/drywall in the bathroom and not very many accessible outlets for charging phones, ect. I had to unplug a lamp to plug the microwave in. The pool was nice but had no ventilation and our eyes were burning just sitting in there. The kids didn't seem to mind while swimming though. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was okay. Overall we would stay again if needed."

"I spent 1 night at this hotel for a business trip. Checkin was easy and friendly. Room was comfortable, nice bed size and tv. Bathroom ok, good enough. Decent breakfast and conveniently located near restaurants, supermarket and gas stations. May come back. "
