"The Wellington exceeded our expectations for an inexpensive hotel. It was less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The room was updated and clean, but had blinds on the one window and a light outside of it so it was never fully dark. It is also not accessible for anyone who cannot do stairs. "The private beach entrance with chairs and umbrellas included with bar service on the beach are top tier ammenities for me! Pool gets crowded with little ones but still big enough to enjoy. Elevators take long at times, but other than that, can’t complain about anything else. "

"The Henlopen was and always has been a great spot for us while on Rehobeth beach. You can’t get more convenient than this location! It is right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, so you have the best of both worlds. The rooms are spacious. Parking is a little tight for the hotel side… wis they had more parking options. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The ice machines aren’t very sanitary- prob my biggest complaint. And it wouldn’t normally matter...
