"I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! "

It is located off the beaten path in a quiet area, but is in close proximity to Boone, downtown West Jefferson, and North Wilkesboro. "We can't say enough great things about this sweet little house in Banner Elk. Everything about this house was easy. It was in the perfect location, not far from downtown Banner Elk, but still felt peaceful and serene. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable stay for a short weekend getaway. "Nice interior design, super close to Beech Mountain ski resort, beds very comfy. Great amenities - hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, fire pit. Cozy and would rent again. Four stars, only because when we checked in, the house appeared half clean. We had to wash all bedding/sheets, and clean bathrooms until after midnight, BUT the review is four stars solely because the owner’s communication was great, he was kind enough to make it right to us, and he took our phone calls late in the evening to...
