"This is a wonderful hotel! It’s clean and tidy and the beds and pillows are very comfortable! Staff is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it doesn’t have a great breakfast, just danishes and microwave sandwiches or cereal but I stay here a lot and will continue staying here every time I’m near Berne!"

"Alguns hotéis não estão oferecendo serviço de arrumação e limpeza no quarto para quem fica + de 1 dia. Não tiram o lixo, não trocam as toalhas, nao arrumam os quartos e a HOTELS nao está informando os hóspedes. Isso aconteceu comigo 2 vezes nesta viagem , no West Bank Inn em Celina e no Best Western em Illinois. FOI UMA PESSIMA SURPRESA."

"Once a year we travel to Pennsylvania. On the return trip we stopped at this Best Western. Right away my wife commented on how nice this hotel was compared to others we have stayed at. I agreed. Needless to say, we will be staying at this same spot next year."
