"The first thing that was impressive with this booking was the quick , helpful, and accommodating host, Karen. She was always there for us to answer or help with any issues we may have had. The booking was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh, and perfect for what we needed. We came to Augusta for my nephew’s 16th birthday and my niece’s 4th birthday party. We will most definitely book again with Karen and this property in the future. "

"Stayed for the Masters - maybe 15 mins from course, Kroger nearby. House was huge, clean, and prefect for our stay. Communication with owner was easy and they were quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!"

"This property was nice and a good fit for the Masters. We had 4 guys. The big drawback is that this property ONLY has en suite bathrooms. This makes it awkward, because in order to use the bathroom you always need to go through someone’s bedroom. Not a huge deal during the day, but at night and during the night this isn’t very good. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were nice."

"We were driving to St. Simons Island and this house in Evans, GA allowed us to have the whole family stay together for the evening and was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. We all enjoyed being able to sit in the living room and eat breakfast in the kitchen. The fenced in backyard was very helpful for our dog that joined us. The beds were all comfortable and the house was very clean. The owner is very kind and responds immediately. We were able to drive 2 mins down the road to get a nice meal and then...

"It was an amazing place. We truly loved the place, had a wonderful time and definitely be staying there again!! The only thing I would suggest is a picnic table or table and chairs in the back yard so that when grilling out you can eat outside.Also the Keurig wasn't working correctly and caused water to run all over the counter.
