The apartment is full of natural light and offers breakout areas to enjoy depending on your needs. The cosy upper floor is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a morning coffee, whilst taking in that sea view. The bedroom has been fitted with a kings size bed with fresh white linen and plump pillows for the best night's sleep. The apartment has rear access with free on-street parking. Pebble Cove is perfect for those active days out and entertaining nights in.

Bedroom
The large bedroom comfortably sleeps two people, with a kingsize bed, bedside tables-lamps, a hanging rail, and a chest of drawers.

The new contemporary bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, storage, and underfloor heating for those cold nights.

Upper floor
Stairs from the sitting room lead to the snug room with armchairs, a writing bureau, and a chair to work from. With windows in both directions, you can enjoy sunrise sea views at the front and sunset Georgian skylines at the rear.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property or any communal spaces at any time.
For health and safety reasons, we ask guests not to use any part of the property roof.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to our neighbours in the building. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
