This newly remodeled, cozy cabin is located on a beautiful, quiet property at the top of Terry Peak. Our family is originally from the Black Hills, so this area has always been a second home to us. We welcome you to come and relax, play, and explore the abundance of activities the Black Hills has to offer! We are more than happy to offer suggestions for activities/restaurants, etc, as we've "been there, done that" with almost everything in the area!

FEATURES 3 BEDROOMS, PLUS A NEW QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER.
*Bedroom 1 - main floor, Queen bed, TV
*Bedrooms 2 & 3 - lower level, queen beds in each
*Lower Level Family Room has a brand new memory foam queen bed that pulls out from the sectional couch
-Bedding & pillows provided, clocks with usb charging ports

BATHROOMS:
*Main floor: Full bath
*Lower Level: 3/4 bath
*Towels, hand soap, toilet paper and kleenex provided

Open KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING area on main floor.
*Dining table seats 8, with 2 additional spots at the kitchen island.
*Kitchen is very well stocked with all of the dishes/cookware you need! Keurig coffee pot, crock pot, griddle, electric frying pan, toaster, pots/pans, bakeware, etc. Renters are responsible for food items.
*Living room features 55 inch TV, gas fireplace, DVD player and numerous DVDs.

LOWER LEVEL FAMILY/GAME ROOM
*Features sectional couch (with queen memory foam pullout bed), 55 inch TV, dvd player & dvds, Xbox One & games, pub table, dartboard, numerous board games.

WINTER MONTHS:
You can literally walk from the property to the Terry Peak ski slopes! (Walk is less than a quarter mile) Close access to snowmobile/cross country ski trails.

SPRING/SUMMER/FALL MONTHS:
Mickelson Trailhead is just minutes from the cabin, as is the beautiful Spearfish Canyon with it's stunning waterfalls. Overall, great central location with access to all the Black Hills has to offer!

IN THE AREA:
-Barefoot Lodge (which is next to the ski slopes just before you enter the housing development) has a small convenience store where you can purchase beverages, snacks, frozen pizza, etc.
-The nearest grocery store and gas station are in Lead, which is less than a 10 minute drive.
-Deadwood - 15 minutes (gambling, restaurants, entertainment)
-Spearfish - 25 minutes (nearest Wal-Mart, lots of restaurants, shopping, waterpark, etc)
-Sturgis - 30 minutes
-All of the attractions in the Black Hills are easily accessible to get to and from for a day's outing.

PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 3-5 vehicles, depending on size.
