"É um hotel novo, muito limpo e organizado. Fica numa região bem central da cidade, mas ja está um pouco decadente em relação as regiões mais novas. É um hotel bom para quem está viajando a lazer, mas não para quem viaja a trabalho. Não oferece café da manhã, e não existem muitas opções ao redor. Dentro quarto não tem utensílios básicos de cozinha, assim, também não é possivel tomar café da manhã no quarto. Para trabalhar no Hotel, também não é facil, a cadeira no quarto é muito bonita, mas...

"Breakfast was not included but could be added. Free coffee in the lobby though. Parking was not free though the parking ramp is beside the hotel which is a plus. I did appreciate the great views of the lake and the walk on the harbor. The indoor pool area was nice- a good size and very doable for kids. Hot tub was fine too. The room was huge and just right really. "

"AVOID this place at all costs. I chose it because the rating said it was excellent and it is nothing but a run down pull out couch with dirty toilets and the human body oder was overwhemling!!! DON'T BOOK IT based on the rating. Not true unless you want to sleep in a slum. "

"This is not even a 1 star hotel .I booked this hotel because it was close to our school .When we arrived it was filthy. The room was in very poor shape ,sink was falling apart, the heater didnt work ,bed was hard so many things .My employee tried to get another room but nothing was available so the hotel said .He stayed the night sleeping in his clothes to stay warm and not to touch the nasty bed spread. The next morning he told the front desk about the problems and asked again to move they said...

"After sleeping in bed scratching all nite found what i thought was a bed bug but it was a black ant so wasnt to happy about it i brought the issue to front desk only to hear that was not his hotel so beware also too picture of torn window furnishings that was torn i didnt want to get accused of that"

"Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. "
