"This property is just as advertised! Beautiful property just south of Varenna. Everything was updated and clean. The patio is private and a great spot to enjoy the view of Lake Como. "Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated."

"My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful! "
