"Great ocean view! Lots of towels and beach towels. It’s a 40 year old ocean front building and you can see the age in some places, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Everything is functional and very clean. There were even some chairs and beach things in the closet. Great surprise!"

"Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...
