The Reef Pool Bar offers poolside dining and fun-spirited cocktails. For a quick snack, Revive (on-site store) offers coffees, teas, and sundry items for a quick pick-me-up to hold you up until dinner or to take on the go. Take a dip in one of the FOUR resort-style pools including an indoor heated pool. For the KIDS the building has a children's pool and fun splash area!! Experience tranquility with TWO spa tubs, a sauna, poolside tiki bar, onsite ATM, covered garage parking, fitness center, massive conference rooms and an expansive oceanfront sun deck to bath in the gorgeous Daytona sun. This building is within walking distance to many of Daytona’s popular restaurants such as Riptides, Black Sheep Pub, Dimitri's, Bertie’s Good Eats, Bonefish Grill, Stonewood Grill, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday's, Denny's and Duff’s Buffet. After a day of fun in the sun on our beautiful Daytona beaches, retreat into your private oceanfront oasis. This renovated one bedroom condo showcases beautiful, direct views of the ocean on the 5th floor private balcony. There is a comfortable queen size bed as well as a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed for extra sleeping space. There is a cozy dining area with a flat-screen television. The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need to cook basic meals and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cook-top, and microwave. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with plenty of counter space.

The condo itself was very nice but because of the hurricane last fall all the pools were closed. All the staff were friendly and it's in a good location on the beach.

Great location

This unit was great! Awesome view. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Beach accessibility was bit annoying due to the residual hurricane damage. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, small unit

We had a great stay, Joe personally called us prior to arriving to tell us about the unit and area. I really liked that and felt great about the stay! It was a small unit for 2 adults and 2 babies, but we made memories! No complaints, very grateful for the opportunity.

This guy is amazing

I had a family member die and had to leave before I could check in. Joe took care of us and made sure my employee could stay. Great property. Amazing view from the porch.

The parking deck, pool and patio area was closed due to Hurricane Ian. Not the owners fault. They did a great job of recovering and staying open.

Labor Day weekend getaway

Our room was pretty much what we expected. The kitchen sink had a crack in it from one side to the other across the bottom. Floors did not seem like they were swept before we got there but everything else seem to be pretty good.

The condo & its view were absolutely wonderful. The view alone was amazing! The condo was spic and span and has been updated some since the photos shown were taken. Parking was extremely limited & we were told the parking structure could NOT be used. The indoor pool was closed and we couldn’t find out why. While the outdoor ones are extremely damaged, the indoor one seems fine. We hope to stay in this unit again and be able to enjoy the amenities!

Cleanliness

The room was dirty upon arrival. There were crackers on the floor in the kitchen. The bedding was not clean and white as portrayed. The bedding was old, wrinkled, and covered in stains. I text the owner with pictures and never really got a response about it. I felt nervous even sleeping in the bed.

The property owner never acknowledged the registration and I was left stranded. I am still waiting for a refund. Expedia and VRBO were unhelpful. They booked me a single night in a sketchy motel and I arrived to find that it was a smoking room. The desk attendant said that only smoking rooms were available to book online. I didn't stay and was told basically to take it or leave it and that another room would not be booked. I was in town on business and had to drive 2 hours home and had to drive back 2 days later at 5am to make it back in time for my appointment.

Not to Good

In my opinion I give two stars to this place. The room listed by itself was just ok. Convenient location and ocean view was nice. Could use new flatware, most of it has rust. Dishes/glasses needed to be cleaned. They probably weren't used in months so the were dusty. Remote for TV didn't work. Towels had black stains on them. Amenities listed are not accurate at all!! No pools, some elevator are out of order, nothing open. A lot of hurricane damage which isn't the owners fault but he should have disclosed that info before booking. I wouldn't be surprised if the walls weren't hosting black mold in the building. Basically a very, very outdated resort with absolutely nothing to offer and nothing to do. If you're interested in staying in a hurricane damage resort, this is your place otherwise go elsewhere.

The property itself wasn’t bad but communication was comically bad. First off I had to track down my pass code to get in my room because it was never sent to me. I was finally given a pass code with no instructions on the property, parking permit etc. I got there and figured out the code was for a lock box and not the digital lock that was also on the door. So got n the room, no parking pass, remote for the tv didn’t work, no instructions as far as policies on taking garbage out, strip the bed etc etc. Contacted the owners about not having a parking pass and they sent me a picture of the parking pass to print. I’m not sure if they were under the impression that I bring a printer with me on vacation or what but it was absolutely useless. I ended up having to go to the front desk and talking to security and explaining the situation and hoping my vehicle would not be towed. I hate giving negative reviews bit in this case if I didn’t I would be doing a disservice. If management and the owners gets their act together, this would be a nice rental but until they get it together, I would not recommend this rental

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

This condo is adorable and was perfect for our trip. There were four of us, and even though it is small, we all made it work without a problem. Location is perfect - overlooking pools and beach. Owner was very helpful and gracious to accommodate us. I would recommend this VRBO. Wish we could've stayed longer! :)

Description is not accurate

Upon arriving the room was mostly clean some of the dishes had debri on them. The dish sponges were both dirty. There were no wash rags so we went to walgreens and purchased our own. The description says queen bed but actually is a full. Also this room has no private balcony. There are private balcony is available but this room is not one. We had a very great time on our stay but I feel obligated to tell actual description.

Excellent value for the money!

Condo was exactly as pictured with beautiful views of the ocean. This property has a total of four pools, two hot tubs, an arcade and a restaurant tiki bar that fluctuates from inside to outside depending on the weather. In addition to that there are two very good restaurants on the beach less than 1/3 of a mile away and stores for anything you would need across the street. Because of this we parked our rental car when we got there and never took it out again until it was time to leave four days later. Very relaxing location. Beach was clean and not crowded and there was a vendor that set up chairs and umbrellas for rent each day for anyone interested. The room had an air conditioner and a dehumidifier but still did get warm on the 85+ degree days but not too warm for us and we were hardly in it but to sleep anyway. I would definitely recommend this condo, especially for the price.

Excellent for the whole family!

Honestly, not sure how there is one bad review on this room. For the price, exceeded our expectations. Amazing view, the resort was wonderful. Heated indoor pool, 2 outdoor and a pool/splash pad for the kids, open for extended hours and an arcade inside. Food and drinks on site at the outdoor bar, great prices. Room was clean and comfortable.. had ALL amenities needed for an extended stay. My family and I stayed for 10 days, the room had everything we needed. There was even new beach towels and some swimming toys for the kids in the closet! Grocery store is right across the street to fill your fridge for your stay and the location itself was close to everything! Boardwalk, activities, restaurants, gift shops... Host was great to communicate with, staff at the resort were wonderful.. The room has the absolute best view of the ocean, it was beautiful. Would definitely stay again when the time comes!!

VRBO Rental not what I expected , very disapointed

When we arrived there was another persons name on the reservation. They could not find our reservation the woman behind the desk said we would have to contact the host. When I contacted Joe the host he said he forgot to put our name on the reservation but he would send an email to the front desk to straighten it out. After he sent email to front desk woman let us continue to our room 518. 1. soap scum and holes on shower curtain 2.soap scum on dish near sink 3. sheets old/pilly 4. toothpaste on faucet my wife started cleaning and I said enough stop cleaning this place. I contacted host by text on 4/12/22 that we were not staying in that room and was notifying my credit card company. that I was going to going to cancel my reservation. I contacted the host again on 4/13/22 and told him I was calling my credit card company and stopping payment on the room. His response was I am showing property to clients I will get back to you this afternoon when I am done. Needless to say he never got back to me Bob D.

Daytona stay

It was a good experience for the most part. I didn’t care for the smell of the unit as it smelled like stale urine if it wasn’t kept below 68 degrees.
