There is a kitchenette with all you will need to cook a meal. Small frig & a hot plate to cook meals. Pots and dishes, Mr. Coffee maker, blender, etc. Ice is available in the building. In addition to central air, there is a portable air conditioner hooked up for extra comfort. There is a window view of the ocean. 2 Beach towels, Bath, hand and wash towels, shampoo, paper towels, and a hair dryer are available. However, only 4 toilet paper rolls and 1 large paper towel are provided. Anything thing else is the responsibility of the guest to purchase. This unit is yards from the pier and Joe's Crab house. you can't beat the convenience and comfort this unit delivers! Please note this is NOT an ocean front or ocean view unit. It DOES not have a balcony. It is a first-floor unit with easy parking and very convenient to access the beach and pool! The building is ocean front, with a pool and on a NO Drive beach. The pool is open and there is easy access from the unit.
