Stayed July 26–29The condo matched the photos and description, but unfortunately, it wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival, which was disappointing.The location is great—right on the beach with easy access, walkable to restaurants and shops, and parking was decent. Check-in communication was smooth and helpful.There are a few comfort issues to note. As mentioned in other reviews, the balcony chairs are very low, which blocks the ocean view with the railing and puts you in the path of hot air from the AC unit. Taller chairs would make the balcony much more enjoyable. A basic toaster oven would also be a helpful addition for longer stays.Another issue is building construction, which started as early as 6 AM on Monday. While this isn’t the owner’s fault, it’s worth knowing it’s been ongoing for some time and does affect sleep and relaxation.Overall, it feels like the unit was rushed to market without a few key touches that would make it more comfortable.
