The Space:
This home will make you say wow! If you are looking for a quiet Beach & Pool getaway with your family, pets & friends, this home will accommodate 1-3 families comfortably. A new Hot Tub was just added! Split into 2 levels, there are 2 master suites located up and downstairs, making it perfect for large groups or multiple families.

The upstairs master suite features a King size bed, luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area outside on the deck. Kids will love their own bunk suite, complete with 2 bunks, toys, a TV, and a game console. The chef's dream kitchen is equipped with the latest kitchen electronics, including a Ninja food processor, coffee maker, pancake & waffle makers, and many more gadgets. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 guests, with extra folding chairs available.

Accommodations:
- Downstairs includes another huge master suite with a sitting area and a separate entrance.
- Another suite bedroom features a King size bed.
- A downstairs living area set up as a game room with a large screen TV, bar area, and a pool, tennis and foosball table.
- Screened porch with cozy couches and chairs for relaxation.

Outdoor Features:
- Fenced yard, Fire pit, Outdoor ambient lightning perfect for bringing your furry friend along ($100 per pet fee).
- Upstairs wrap-around decking with a table and 6 chairs, complemented by a swing and additional seating.
- Just a short 3-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach, feeling like a private beach with no outside traffic.

Amenities:
- Beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas provided for your enjoyment.
- 2 bikes available for exploring the area.
- Basic supplies for your arrival, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap.
- Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board included.
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, tea, coffee.

Additional Information:
- The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $50 daily or $289 weekly or $200 weekly if you are staying multiple weeks. Please let us know after you reserve your stay to add this additional service charge.

 - Beach Equipment is located in the storage( garage) on the left side of the front door.  Please wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area.

When convenient, kindly review the following:

- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.
    We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.

- Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and begin a cycle.

- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.

- Please Do Not remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.

- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated.

- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.

- Kindly place any trash in the outdoor receptacles.

- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.

- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated.

- Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.

Marineland Acres is ideally located along scenic A1A, making it easy to explore the best of Florida’s northeast coast. Most guests arrive with a car, which allows you to quickly reach nearby attractions, grocery stores, and dining spots—Palm Coast’s shopping centers are just 5–15 minutes away. The neighborhood itself is perfect for morning walks or bike rides to the beach, while short drives take you to historic St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and scenic parks like Washington Oaks Gardens. Parking is plentiful and convenient both in the neighborhood and at most nearby destinations, so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying your vacation.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

We are a local Real Estate and Property Management company and we will be happy to communicate with you by text, email or in person if you will need us. All of our homes have self check in access. In general we stay out of your way and let you enjoy your vacation but we will be happy to be there for you if you need us.
