The beach is calling and I must go! Sunset view studio condo located at an oceanfront resort. Condo offers a King sized bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a stand up shower. Direct oceanfront access from the property. Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

This property does not have a private balcony and has a Street view !

Pool and amenity areas temporarily closed for exterior work on property.

Please be advised: Hurricane IAN & NICOLE caused damage to the resort amenity areas.
Resort amenity's are currently out of service for guest use. Pools and spas are still closed.
Please contact us for more information. Beach access is still available by walking around the building.


We do not have re-opening dates for pool deck, or indoor pool area. We are hopeful that it will be sometime in the near future.

Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.

Room was perfect for our needs

The resort itself looks run down, no parking next to the resort. I donā€™t remember that part at all. Had to park across the A1 behind Walgreens and walk. If it had been raining or would have been terrible. The owners of the room had several small goodies waiting which was a wonderful touch, that told me they were proud of their condo, which they should be. No pools open, they were disgusting looking. The owners of the condo and the room itself was perfect for us. The resort still looking shabby from the hurricane.

Pools were not opened inside or outside. There was not a "community area" game room... Outside area was "closed" There was not a bar Room itself was fine facing the road, host had a lot of little added touches that were very nice. Only thing in 2 cups of coffee are offered. Wish they were honest about the offerings at the place

Le listing de lā€™hĆ©bergement nā€™est pas reprĆ©sentatif de la situation rĆ©elle. Il y a de magnifiques photos des piscines qui sont dans un Ć©tat lamentable. Pourquoi laisser ces photos si ces piscines sont complĆØtement dĆ©truites ā€¦ il aurait fallu que je clique sur ces belles photos pour lire une note Ć  lā€™effet quā€™elles ne sont pas offertes. La rĆ©alitĆ© cā€™est que Ƨa ressemble plutĆ“t Ć  une zone de guerre ā€¦ elles sont complĆØtement dĆ©truites . šŸ˜­šŸ˜­šŸ˜­šŸ˜­

No amenities/clean condo

The condo itself was very clean and beautiful! BUT to keep a long story short none of the amenities on the property that sold me to book this place was open. Both pools were closed, the indoor pool was closed/no access, no access to fitness center, no restaurant and tiki bar(was super excited about that part), and no beach access, you had to walk around the 2 buildings to get to the beach. I would have appreciated the lister to inform us before our stay but they did not. We actually found out in the guest log in the room that previous guests were upset and there has not been any pool use since April 2023. That makes me think the lister has no idea whatā€™s going on at that property and or just does not care. The amenities is was sold me on this ā€œresortā€ but very disappointed what we walked into for our 1 time a year vacation.

Updated great studio condo

The building itself gave me some hesitation at first but the condo itself is really nice. It is updated and clean. And there were so many useful things there like beach chairs and beach towels to use. I loved the big vanity outside of the toilet/shower area. The kitchen was great for what we needed. The workout room was enough for vacation and they did have free weights which was nice. It is a very small workout room though and did stretching in the hallway by the ballrooms after workouts. There were no towels or sanitizing wipes in the weight room just FYI. I wish we had known the pools were closed and damaged. I do not swim in the ocean. There was also no access to the beach from the building and you had to walk to the beach entrance between buildings. Was not a problem for us but for someone with mobility issues it might be. It was quiet at night. Parking was next door in the dirt lot and some nights it was full coming home. If it was full we had to let security know so they did not tow us in the temporary parking. I liked the location which was a few miles away from the conference center so it was more quiet and not so crazy with people. It is right across from a grocery store and walgreens.

Nicely decorated, clean unit. Owner left a gift basket of snacks and nice bracelets. This was totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience!

Hurricane remnants!

The actual unit itself, was as pictures showed. Very clean, well supplied with necessities. However, not the same for the building. Unfortunately, the building did not have cafe/bar opened, no pool to use, no access to the beach (or we could not find one) no Tiki bar opened, sandbags still in front of beach access doors. Ceiling falling off in some of walkways. Not sure the building overall was that safe. Obvious that not much had been done since hurricane hit. Also, it was motorcycle weekend and there was loud cycle noise until wee hours of the morning. We realize that is not the fault of the owners. However, it should have been noted that hurricane remains caused issues with the building and most amenities not available. We picked the building for the beach! Will not be returning. Feel sorry for the owner.

Shells A Plenty

There were plenty of signs still of hurricane damage but it didn't ruin the vacation. Odd rooms face the road. Even rooms face the ocean. There was a great assortment of shops across the street, and the rolled ice cream was great. If you enjoy looking for shells, this beach was great. As far as the room went, it was good. There were little things like the beach chairs and hair ties that just made it feel better than a standard hotel stay. The bed is a coil spring, the ac works well, the shower and bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of space in the fridge for anything you brought back.
