This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located at Treasure by the Sea Campgrounds a RV Mobile Home Park. That is conveniently located on A1A Boulevard between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The apartment sits directly above the main office for the campground and the Iron Boot Pub, which has a popular Karaoke night every Thursday evening and occasionally has a live band on Friday or Saturday nights.

*NOTE: you may be able to hear music and/or singing on some nights;, the pub normally closes around 10pm (or earlier), except during "bike season" (during which time, the pub may stay open a little later).

**NOTE: During the month of March, guest may experience a higher volume of motorcycle noise; Daytona's Bike Week begins the 2nd weekend in March

* Private beach access, with a fresh water shower & cleaning station, open only to the residents, campers & Airbnb.
* Private fishing dock with 4 boat slips on intracoastal waterway
* Campfires are allowed on the beach, except between May 1st and October 31st (during sea turtle nesting season).
* Beach supplies are located in the closet by the front door. **Please make sure to clean them off before returning them to the closet for others to enjoy.
* Please remember to clean up your area before leaving the beach.
*A coin-operated washer and dryer across the street, on the campground
* Please use the dumpster in the parking lot behind the office

Limited Occupancy: The rate is based on a 4 guest occupancy (the maximum number of guest is 5). We charge an additional fee of 10.00 per night, per guest for bookings with more than 4 guest. We will provide an air mattress, towels, linens, pillows, and supplies for the additional guest(s).

MINIMUM RENTER AGE REQUIREMENT: We happily rent to guest 25 years of age or older. We do check IDs
