The property spans a full acre with two fire pits — one on the deck and one at the river`s edge — making evenings truly magical. The Little Tongue River winds right through the backyard, complete with a handcrafted waterfall and two natural swimming holes, making every morning feel like a wilderness adventure without ever leaving home. A back deck seating up to 12, a grill with kitchen door access, and a hot tub round out the outdoor experience, making this a retreat you simply won`t want to leave.

Inside, the main level features two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bright eat-in kitchen with Café appliances. Upstairs, a private master suite sits above the game room with walk-in closets and an ensuite bath, while a charming loft accessed by a spiral staircase offers two twin beds perfect for the kids.

The converted garage game room comes stocked with an arcade, board games, books, and a full bar — plus a laundry room with full-size appliances — so rainy days are just as fun as sunny ones. Also included in this space is a full size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements and comfort (bedding is located in cabinets near the laundry area). Just a 5-minute stroll to the historic Dayton Mercantile and with easy access to the Bighorn Scenic Byway, there`s no shortage of things to do — some of it right outside your front door.

A few things to know before you arrive:

This is a peaceful, rural retreat nestled in the Bighorn foothills, so expect stunning natural surroundings, the soothing sounds of the river at night, and the occasional glimpse of local wildlife — it`s all part of the charm.

Cell service can be limited in the area, but WiFi is available throughout the home.

The river, swimming holes, and fire pit areas are natural features, and we ask that children be supervised near the water at all times. Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries sustained on or around these natural features.

If you`re traveling with pets, please keep them away from the river edges and clean up after them on the property.

Wyoming winters can bring snow and icy roads, so if you`re visiting in the colder months, please come prepared.

The hot tub and game room are there for your enjoyment — just treat them with care so the next guests can enjoy them too.

We want your stay to feel like a true escape, and we`re confident once you`re here, you`ll never want to leave!
Please be mindful of our space and throw away all trash in the outside cans upon your departure.

Pets are allowed with approval and paid pet fee. If pets are present without approval or paid pet fee, you will be charged a $475.00 nonrefundable fee which will be added to your total reservation cost.

Please be sure to turn off all lights, appliances, or anything else you may have used during your stay upon your departure.

No smoking allowed in home whatsoever. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, you will be charged an additional $250.00 cleaning charge.

Please do not leave wet towels laying on hardwood floor areas for extended periods of time, this damages the floor! There are several areas to hang wet towels through the house.

Please be courteous of our neighbors and respect their property. You may not access any other property but ours. Please do not walk down driveways of other homes or onto other homeowners` properties.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Our booking site is set up for parties of 10, so if your group is larger, just give us a heads-up and we`ll add a small $75 per person fee for guests 11 and 12. We appreciate you keeping us in the loop — it helps ensure everyone has a smooth, enjoyable stay!
