The Space:
This is great for singles, couples, or groups up to 11 on Vacation! Hunting? Snowmobiling? Events? This is the Spot! Feel free to bring the pet! Starting at the front door, you will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, cozy living room, dining room, 2 king, 1 Queen Murphy + 2 Full Rollaway, and Amazing couch! + AN INCREDIBLE VACATION IN AN AMAZING HOME with UNBEATABLE VIEWS! Great location, only a short drive from Dayton downtown! Only 20 minutes from Sheridan or 5 minutes to the great Bighorn Mountains! Enjoy your retreat in this stunning home. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard around property!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy! With plenty of room for the pet and a dog run if needed!

The Neighborhood:
When we say experience a local home, Rachael's Place is the PLACE! This two bedroom home is a short drive from the very best Wyoming has to offer! Only a 20 minute drive to Sheridan Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails. Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter. If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up the mountain that sits right in front of the property highway 14 leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more! Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 20 minutes away! We look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home.

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming Area is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 20 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance! Need a ride?? Contact us to learn more about our rental car options, or local shuttle services! (Depending on when you contact us, we may have a Tesla Model 3 fully charged and ready to go for you!) With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Ranchester/Sheridan has to offer! If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room and read a book or watch your favorite show while enjoying Wyoming.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own house. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $20 Per Pet Per Day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard! No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. For Events, Please reach out directly as there will be additional charges, But do want to make amazing memories for all at this spectacular location! Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park in the driveway , for 1-2 cars/trucks. For Trailers, Please reach out for specific instructions. Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you!
