"Really nice place and reasonably priced. I've stayed in more expensive properties not nearly as nice. I do have more dogs than his typical limit but he worked with me to accommodate this. I will definitely stay again. One note, I didn't see a washer/dryer but assume it is in an area not accessible to visitors, but perhaps if you were a longer stay visitor you could work with the property owner on this. "

"The home was better than expected. The pool was amazing for this Texas heat. The jacuzzi didn’t heat up, but it wasn’t needed. Family and friends that I have seen in over 20 years were also impressed by the house and its location. The volley ball was heaven sent. Everyone enjoyed that. The kitchen was big enough for all the food my family made. If you need things like a can or wine opener bring it yourself. "Place was great for our needs. Went to see our niece graduate nursing school so it was used just as a sleeping house as we were out with family every day. Lots of room with split layout slowing my 20 year old son to have his own space complete with bathroom and living room. The only recommendation for improvement is to have better identification of house number visible from the street during a night arrival. Took us about 5 min to verify we were at the correct location. "This place was perfect! We loved that it was right by the water and really peaceful. The house was so nice and the beds were comfortable . It’s a perfect place to get up early, sit on the porch, drink some coffee and enjoy sweet view of the river. "

"The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for my crew and I. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I liked it so much I tried to book it the following week but it was all booked up."

"Unfamiliar with the area but needed to find a place to stay for a weekend work/play trip in NE Houston. We were able to book with very short notice. More than enough space for the two of us and the house was spotless. The front of the house is french doors and lots of windows that face the lake and the lakefront houses. The porch is great with wrought iron patio set. Enjoyed sitting out there listening to the frogs! Close to the Atascosita golf course too. Very nice experience."

"Great stay. We had some issues with the WiFi that wasn’t the host fault but he was very communicative and helped us get through it. Cool property . Enjoyed the pool. Backyard needs some maintenance with the weeds tho. I would definitely stay again! "

"Hotel muito perto do aeroporto, até se tem sono leve não recomendo pois o barulho dos aviões é constante! Pontos positivos, localização, conforto e limpeza! Ponto negativo barulho dos aviões e checkin antecipado tem que pagar, não abrem exceção nenhuma. Café da manhã ok, atende bem para os padrões americanos! Tem microondas e frigobar o que facilita o dia a dia, ficamos 4 dias foi ótimo a hospedagem. "

"I’ve sent a message advising the time of the check in just as requested by the front desk by the phone. When I got at the hotel was informed that reservation was cancelled. Never mentioned charged. Asked for a room which they had. Afterwards realized I was charged for the “cancelled” (never mentioned it was charged by hypothetical no show and cancelled) and then again. Called hotéis.com who had a discussion of over half an hour for them to say that it would be reimbursed. After a week no reimbursement was made"
