"We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "

"Communication was excellent. Due to a medical appointment we appreciated an early check in. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and outside seating area. The coffee shop outside the Boulevard provided great options for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Katsuco Japanese restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the Boulevard. Westfield North Lakes was a 5-10 minute walk. A great location for short or long term stays."

"We had a lovely time at the Bunya Guesthouse. Everything we could have needed was there and the house was lovely. The kids loved running around the grounds and playing in the treehouse and it was lovely staying among the trees. Andre and Jennifer were excellent hosts. We would highly recommend this place. "

"The property was very nice….new, very clean and well supplied. There was a small patio area that could be made more inviting, maybe a smaller bistro style table and some flower pots or something. The location is on a fairly busy street corner but also kitty corner to a shopping complex with grocery store restaurants and more. The hosts were friendly and helpful. In all, we had a very nice stay!"

"What a fabulous place to stay! Property had everything you could need or want. The bed was comfortable and lounge area was cozy and inviting. Jay was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Was super easy to talk to and have a laugh with while also allowing for privacy and not lingering. Very close to a supermarket and to public transport. Parking was very easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay while in Brisbane. "

"Algumas surpresas! Como chovia muito, fui surpreendido à noite, enquanto dormia com forte " goteira" sobre minha cama. E como a portaria fecha ás 19 horas até às 07:00 da manhã! Dormi no chão! No dia seguinte após troca de quarto, foi tudo bem! "
