"The Blue House is better than described or photos can show. The property was very quiet and so very peaceful. We greatly enjoyed the back porch and swing. The arcade games and massage chair was definitely an added bonus. You won’t be disappointed at The Blue House. "

"If you are looking for a place to relax and watch the river flow by, this is the place to go. This place could use a little TLC, but don’t let that deter you. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The place was well stocked and check in and out was easy. The owner sent us a message the day we checked in telling us to be careful going down the ramp to the dock due to river being low which made it real steep, which was nice of them. "Great week with the family. House was fantastic. Very spacious very, very well stocked kitchen. Beds were all great. We were there the hottest week of the year but plenty of shade. Host was very helpful even sending us a text warning us about tje heat advisory. We would definatley stay there again."

"We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with some nature time. We had a lovely stay. The owner was very upfront about damage from a hurricane so I knew I should expect it. There were downed trees and remnants of what looked to be a forest fire. The view on the dock was priceless! The two kids rooms were a bit warm."

"Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had 1 small issue that was quickly resolved by the host. The place was conveniently located close to royal spring and that boat ramp. The decks on this place was massive. The river deck was nice to sit on as well. We will definitely be back if they will have us."

"Property is amazing , but we rented a cabin that includes, stove and fridge and things needed to cook for a family ,we planned on cooking for sons birthday and a family of 6 when we got there they said they were overbooked and had to move us to a suit wich did not have things to cook so we had to go buy everything spending way more then excpected.
