"This a good VERY CLEAN no frills place to stay in Missoula. It is obviously lovingly maintained and cleaned, that being said it it straight out of the late 80s. At least my room was. A bit far from downtown and the freeway, but in a safe area with restaurants and a convenience right next door. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is an older hotel, with a few stains on the carpets but furnishings are in good shape. The room was clean with adequate bathroom, coffee and tea supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. One night had an issue with loud arguing people close by. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again. "

"It's a beautiful property, spacious, and well stocked. The location is absolutely amazing...you can walk along the river trail to a ton of places! The host are fantastic...easy to reach, friendly, and full of great recommendations"

"I had different expectations for the hotel. I book because of the rating and so I thought that It would be cleaner. The bed was comfy so that is a plus. I would have like to see tea as an option for a beverage choice and even though there were lots of options for breakfast I expected something different not frozen omelets and breakfast burritos. But now that I think about it they at least had a variety of options. I was looking for bacon or sausage so I could have an egg sandwich."

"Shower stall had black mold in between the tiles. Toilet bowl had a rust ring at the water line. With a 10 minute cleaning room would have been okay."

"This is an older Best Western hotel.It is bit rough around the edges but very well maintained."

"Bed linens were great and clean, good pillows too. Could use a bit of paint here and there and updating. Couches needed cleaned. But kitchen was clean and usable. Air conditioning worked great although a bit noisy. The woman at front desk very friendly and helpful."

"The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was of acceptable quality with enough options to choose from, but not the fanciest meal. Staff often was away from the front desk, but friendly. Check in was very easy. Fridge in the room was quite large and could’ve fit lots of leftovers and snacks. Overall a comfortable quaint stay for a very reasonable price."
