"The location of the home was great. We enjoyed fishing, the beautiful lake and serenity. Wildlife especially the deer. The house was really nice and we really enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch downstairs in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this place. "

"There was ten of us, this is our second time staying here. Game room was very good everything was in good shape. Clean rooms, great communication with host, parking was great close to front door. defiantly would stay here again. The only thing that could be better was each bedrooms needed some were to sit like a chair or a bench and the showers tubs needed a non-slip stickers or mat and a bar on the wall to hold on to. We had a great time there was plenty of room."

"We really enjoyed your beautiful home, the lake and precious wildlife . We grilled and played games and really relaxed and laughed a lot ! We enjoyed a meal at Patti’s settlement one day . We would definitely recommend this property .Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us !The worst thing for us was Georgia won in overtime against our Tennessee Vol football team , but… we really feel good about our season . "We had the best getaway this weekend! The property was beautiful, and the house was extremely clean and smelled great. I didn’t even realize in the listing it had a guest house, but it was so cute too. For sure will be coming back with my kiddos. The moonriver marina was literally 3 minutes away and so good. We also went to miss pattis which was about 45 minutes away. Theres a dollar general and liquor store minutes away as well. "

"We loved the open kitchen and den area, as well as the large dining table and island. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck, which has a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. This is a great spot on the lake and we enjoyed swimming, floating, paddleboarding, and boating every day. The accommodations were great; we heard a little grumbling from our adult children who slept in the bunk beds, lol. We will definitely be back!"
