Clementine Cottage sits in the quiet village of Holcombe, between Teignmouth and Dawlish on the South Devon coast. This beautifully renovated cottage sleeps seven and combines old-world charm with modern comfort. With a wood burner, hot tub, games room, and generous outdoor space, it’s well suited to families or friends planning a relaxed getaway. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches and coastal paths, then settle in for a cosy evening. Just 600 metres down the hill, Holcombe Beach and the South West Coast Path lead you along the scenic sea wall beside the South Devon Railway.

The Space Clementine Cottage is a beautifully refurbished four-bedroom retreat in Holcombe, South Devon, offering coastal comfort and a touch of contemporary charm. Spacious yet cosy, the open-plan living area features a wood burner and double doors leading to a terrace with outdoor dining and a barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen, with an island bar, flows into a dining area that seats eight, perfect for family meals.
Entertainment is covered with a games room featuring a pool table, three types of consoles, and board games. A dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi cater to those needing to check in on work. The ground floor includes a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed, built-in storage, and an en-suite wet room. A stylish single bedroom, decorated in muted purples and golds, offers a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. A family bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower is nearby.
Two further bedrooms upstairs provide flexible sleeping arrangements. One features a king-size bed, while the other has zip-linked beds arranged as a super-king-size bed, which can be made as two singles on request. A shared WC sits between them on the landing.
In the peaceful village of Holcombe, Clementine Cottage is ideally located for exploring South Devon’s coastline. A short walk leads to Holcombe Beach, while nearby Teignmouth and Dawlish Warren offer stunning seaside strolls and family-friendly attractions. With easy access to local pubs and countryside walks, this pet-friendly home is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, regardless of the time of year.

Holcombe is a quaint village between the coastal towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth in South Devon. Known for its picturesque thatched cottages and vibrant floral displays during summer, it offers a serene retreat from busier locales. The village boasts two pubs: The Castle Inn, situated within the village, and The Smugglers Inn, located along the coast road. For beach enthusiasts, a 600m stroll down Smugglers Lane leads to a secluded Holcombe Beach beneath the cliffs, primarily frequented by locals. The beach is dog-friendly all year round on the left half of the beach (closest to the cottage).

Hot Tub Use • For everyone’s safety, only plastic glasses should be used around the hot tub. • Please follow any posted instructions to keep the hot tub clean and enjoyable for all guests.
Parking & Vehicles • Please park considerately and do not reverse into or block neighbours’ driveways.
No Smoking or Vaping • To keep the space fresh for all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any recreational drugs are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Outdoor Safety • For safety reasons, no campfires are permitted in the garden or on the patio. • Please use outdoor amenities responsibly and follow any posted safety instructions.
Access Restrictions • The garage is not accessible to guests. • Please follow any posted guidelines regarding private and communal areas.

Turn left onto Ashleigh Way. Turn right onto Higher Buckeridge Road. Turn left onto New Road, continue to the end. Turn left onto Teignmouth Road/A379. Continue down a slight hill, then turn right onto Holcombe Drive. Sunny Lands Way is immediately on the left. The Cottage is at the top of the private road.
