Holcombe’s own sandy beach or open countryside is a just a 5-minute walk away. The cottage is within easy driving distance of Exeter, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Dartmoor and there are many National Trust properties close by. Dartmoor, with its tors, ponies and quaint, picturesque villages offering Devon cream teas, is just a short drive away. Shaldon is just 3 miles away and has a sandy beach and a small zoo. There are many places to visit and many sights to see. Beach 500 yards. Shop 1½ mile, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
