"Very clean and comfortable enough for the rate charged"

"We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance."

"Was charged a extra fifty dollar deposit and wasn’t in website they charged a deposit ac didn’t work in room a awful smell in the room overbearing smell coming out of the drains and ac we had to leave door open to get cooled off won’t be staying there found a dead fly when pulling the comforter back"

"Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am, hence one of the reasons we booked there. When we checked out at almost 7:00am, it still wasn’t ready, so we had to go to Dunkin down the street."

"Booked through Expedia. Got there and they didn't have my reservation, gladly left instead of being upset because it was not a nice hotel."
