It is in a beautiful setting and only 4 miles from Davis, where you can find places to eat. The location is ideal for visiting many natural areas and Blackwater State Park. It was very quiet the week we were there in early October too."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Valley View Cabin Resort. The owner did an amazing job with the layout, decor and all the details. We are owners of a vacation rental management business at the Delaware beaches and were very impressed with every detail thought of in the cabins. The staff was friendly when we needed more supplies and the owner was available by phone if we had an issue. The only reason we called the office was asking to extend our stay. "We had a wonderful stay at the Magic Teacup! We loved the fire and the hot tub. The house was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Location was the best part...easy access to Dolly Sods hiking, which was on our agenda for this trip; we saw a couple of amazing beaver dams while hiking. The house is also super close to the Timberline ski slopes. It wasn’t ski season during our visit, but being so close to the lifts makes us want to come back once the snow starts falling.
