The space
This newly designed villa is equipped with all new appliances, a large open space and well equipped kitchen, large family room with a 70" smart-tv, splendid master bedroom with separate Bathtub and walk-in shower, comfortable upstairs TV room with flatscreen TVs, Tv's also in the living and bed rooms, private washer / dryer.

Thee villa features a private south-facing screened-in pool, without rear neighbors, a lakefront view and full sun all day. In the evening its perfect for beautiful sunsets;

Comfortable New bedding, Smart TVs in every room and Free 1GB Wi-Fi internet.

Kids and Gamers: Enjoy a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, basketball pop-a-shot and a separate gamers room with gaming chairs, Xbox console with assorted games and a 60" smart TV.

The house is fully air-conditioned or heated and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living spaces.

Six-Bedrooms sleep 14 people in 8 comfortable beds. All bedrooms have Large Smart TVs.

First Floor:

Guest access
Guest will need to present their reservation information at the community gate and will receive a pass for the duration of their stay. We will also enter you into the gate system. The house is locked with an electronic keypad for entry.

Full access to resort amenities including tennis courts and playground. Initial use of the gym or community pool with water slides or lap pool are free. Fees of $10/daily per person or $40/weekly per person are charged by the resort for additional visits to the pools or gym for adults over 16. Children under 16 are free, but must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of six guests from your party can use the facilities at one time.

Golf course is open to the public and rates are available online or at the pro shop.

Other things to note:

- Check-in time is 4:00 pm; Check-out time is 10:00 am.

-All the TV's in the home are smart-tv's equipped with Roku. YouTubeTV, Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu subscriptions may be available for use on these tv's only and may be limited in the number of screens that can display simultaneously. 1GB Wifi.

- Pool heat is available for an additional $25 per night fee. Please note the following:
* Even with pool heat purchased, the pool temperature may range from 82 degrees F to 92 degrees F depending on day and night temperatures. Please note that while we strive to maintain these temperatures, cooler evening temperatures may affect the water temperature particularly in the mornings; it may not remain constant at all times.

- A complimentary BBQ Grill is available on the pool deck. Guests are responsible for cleaning after use and propane if tank requires refill during your stay.

- The villa is in a gated community featuring 24-Hour Security Patrol.

- NO EVENTS, PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS are permitted. Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and possible eviction from the home.

- This is a NO-SMOKING and NO-PETS home.

- Driveway parking is available for 1-3 vehicles. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the streets between 1:00am – 6:00am and will be towed without notice. No parking on the grass, sidewalks or common areas at any time. All vehicles must be fully parked in the driveway at night. Additional parking is available for ten dollars a night at the clubhouse. Please contact the clubhouse. If your vehicle gets towed, you will have to contact the tow company.

-Trash Pickup: Grey Bins are used for trash and must be placed on the end of the driveway facing out on Tuesday Evenings. Bins must be returned to the side of the house no later than Wednesday evening.

-This will be a self-catering house.
