"The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. "Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group."

This property worked out great for me as I was back and forth to Cooperstown Dream Parks, I worked remotely from the house and I fished a lot. The property was spotless. I would come back. "This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip.
