*Only registered guests may stay overnight.
*Clean as you go!
*Limit noise beyond 10 PM.
*Always lock doors, windows. LPG valve must be closed after each use.
*Turn off lights, AC units, fans, and unplug appliances/chargers/kettles when not in use.
*Do not use the living room AC while cooking; use the exhaust fan instead.
*Dispose of trash properly; do not throw leftover food in the sink.
*Smelly food like durian and dried fish should be eaten outdoors.
*Damages/lost items will be charged accordingly.
*All furniture, appliances, fixtures, and items inside the property will be inspected before check-out. Any loss or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
*CCTV is installed in the garage area ONLY, (for security).
*Excess pax will be charged per night.
*No parties or events
*No free daily cleaning
*No smoking inside the house
*No pets

LIABILITY AND OTHER TERMS
■Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings. The Owner/Manager is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during the stay.
■The Owner/Manager may access the property only in emergencies (fire, flooding, hazards).
■Utilities are included but must be used responsibly.
■Cancellations within ____ days of check-in are non-refundable.

CHECK-OUT INSPECTION
A brief inspection of the property will be conducted together with the guests at a convenient time before check-out. The inspection will be done politely and with respect for the guests’ privacy, helping ensure a smooth and timely return of the security deposit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
In case of a brownout/blackout, our unit is equipped with automatic emergency lights to provide temporary illumination. However, please be aware that we do not have backup generators, nor do we have control over power interruptions. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such situations.
