The property features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed across a well-organised interior that combines comfort with elegant, cosy furnishings following a full renovation completed in 2023.
The main living and dining area is a generous, light-filled space centred around a panoramic window and a dining table, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and relaxation. A separate small lounge area provides an additional retreat for guests. From the living area, you have direct access to the large south-east facing terrace of 90 m2, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space.
The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to the garden. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it particularly well suited for younger guests. The bathroom includes a shower, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC.
