This large holiday home is located in the center of the charming town and resort of Daun, close to many attractions and excursion destinations. City Holiday Home Vulkaneifel combines the two apartments "Daun" and "Vulkaneifel" and can be booked as a complete house with 185 sqm of living space, outdoor terrace, and garden (behind the house). The outdoor area features a terrace of about 45 sqm with garden furniture. The terrace borders the lively street and sidewalk at the front and a small city park on the side. Due to its central location, the terrace is enclosed with a fence and hedges. The house has a separate entrance from the street via the terrace.



A quiet garden with lawn, seating area, second barbecue, fountain, and a children's play tower (2 swings, slide, sandbox) is located behind the house and can also be used. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms! Outside, a decorative gravel area with a fountain and small waterfall has been lovingly designed. The house and outdoor areas are attractively illuminated with LED spotlights in the evening and at night.



The holiday home spans 4 floors and accommodates up to 14 guests. There are 5 separate double bedrooms, including a small extra apartment accessible via a spiral staircase to the upper floor, as well as 3 living/bedrooms with 3 double sofa beds.
